# Pilot Permissions

**Server Sided Aircraft Access Control for FiveM Servers**

Pilot Permissions is **a lightweight, server sided way** to **prevent unauthorised players from flying** helicopters, planes or any other vehicles added to the config. Designed for **realism-focused roleplay servers**, it ensures that only approved pilots can operate aircraft. (added by /addpilot \[ID])

Offering both **preventing engine starts**, or a more realistic mode that **prevents control of the aircraft** (the strength is configurable) making it very difficult or impossible to fly for untrained/aunothorised pilots.

There is also a **customizable on screen message** and **warning sound** played to unauthorised pilots in order to make them aware of the danger/reason for **no flight / weapon control**

Built as a **standalone resource**, Pilot Permissions is **easy** to install, **performant**, and **flexible** enough to fit both serious RP and public servers.
